Shannon Michelle Wiggins a/k/a Shannon Ford and Shannon Moore (Bo Parker's daughter) and her husband Ricky of Hazen Arkansas recieved over $195,000 of dad's money. It was Shannon's boyfriend that
Shea Saenger killed back in 1987. Just like her uncle Mark Lumpkin Shannon had an American Express card in her name on Shea Saenger's account. She charged over $38,000 on it in just
over a year. Using my father's money Shea Saenger also paid off Ricky Wiggin's bankruptcy to the tune of $50,450. The real kicker is over $58,000 paid in
fees to criminal defense lawyers for Shannon. $50,817.71 of that was restitution of money she had stolen from the Quapaw Quarter United Methodist Church in Little Rock. Steal some money to pay back the money you stole
so you don't go to jail. That must make sense to someone.
According to a Facebook page Shannon is now in a band called The City Lights
along with Hazen AR Mayor David Duch, Hazen AR
Public Works Director Phillip Foot and Hazen AR
Assistant Police Chief Jeremy Bokker. That might be how Shannon got her job with
the Hazen Police Department in spite of a felony conviction and being on parole for theft and forgery.
This is the big payment for the legal fees. There was also $6,000 on the American Express card and
a couple of smaller checks to attorney Greg Bryant of Little Rock.
This check is actually for restitution of money Shannon stole from the Quapaw
Quarter United Methodist Church. Some of the Pulaski County case CR 2009 112372 records are here. Robbing Peter to pay Paul.
All of the restitution that Shannon Wiggins's was required to pay back to the church was paid
with money stolen from Norman Butler. This is the check for the balance. Shannon never actually
returned a single penny of what she stole.
I expect that all the charges on this American Express card relate to the $20,000 paid to Helen Red.
Home Depot, Window Depot, Lowes comes in the next month.
The next month of home improvements made with dad's money:
This is the big check for Ricky Wiggins's bankruptcy. Joyce Bradly Babin was the bankruptcy trustee. There were a couple of smaller ones as well.
And I did write to the US Bankruptcy Trustee about this:
Here is a shot from Google street view of Wiggins' business in Hazen
The shop next to the Wiggins' home was purchased for them by Shea Saenger. Saenger used 20,000 of dad's money to buy it fom Helen Red:
